Family Guy Episodes:

The very first episode that aired for Family Guy was in 1999, from then on it has been a huge phenomenon for Seth Macfarlane and his team.

The first episode of Family Guy was called "Death Has A Shadow", the date that it was aired on was January 31st 1999.
Seth Macfarlane went on the make 210 episodes, each episode consisting of 20-23 minutes long. There are special episodes that are included in several seasons, these are around 50 minutes long
There is another special epsiode that is in season 4 called "Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story" which is all about stewie.

Star Wars:

Family Guy have re-created the star wars films but have changed several features by adding different scenes that are not included in the actual film. The list of these episodes are:

It's A Trap
Blue harvest aired in September 23rd 2007.
Something, Something, Something Darkside aired in May 3rd 2010.
It's A Trap aired in May 22nd 2011

There are different episodes every year including Christmas Specials, and Season Specials which are a longer period of time.They also have specials stars coming in and actually starring in family guy, an example is Ricky Gervais. He played a dolphin in on of the recent episodes called "Becareful What You Wish For"
