She is the wife of Peter Griffin and her father is called Carter and her mother is called Barbara. She has 3 children to Peter Griffin called Meg, Chris and Stewie, Lois' sister Carol married Adam west making Adam West her brother in law. Adam West is the mayor of the town.

Chris Griffin:

Chris Griffin is voiced by Seth Green. Chris is one of the three childen Lois and Peter have, chris has a fear of the 'evil monkey' which used to live in his closet but in a recent episode called hannah banana he finds out why he lived there. Chris does not appear in every episode.

Megan Griffin is voiced by Mila Kunis. In 1999 Lacey Chabert originally voiced Meg Griffin but now Mila Kunis voices her. Meg is 1 other the three children Lois and Peter have, she has had an interesting past as she went to prison for keeping an escaped convict on her house. In one episode she dates Neil Goldman, he has always had a crush on Meg.

Stewie Griffin:

Stewie Griffin is voiced by Seth Macfarlane. Stewie has always had a plan to kills his mother (Lois Griffin) and take over the world. He has been aged 1 for 8 seasons. Stewies best friend is Brian, in several episode he has been travelling different adventures and through different multiverses with Brian.

Macy auditioned for the voice of Brian Griffin in 1997 but according to Seth Macfarlane he made a "Bad Call".
